1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of shop.saffronsupplyco.com, operated by Saffron Supply Co (“Saffron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the shipping and return policies presented to you before purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

2. Customer Information and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you purchase for a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information, keep account credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized account activity.

3. Products, Specifications, and Installation

Review the selected product’s size, material, connection type, quantity, manufacturer specifications, and intended application before ordering. Images may be representative; the written specifications and selected variant identify the product being purchased. Contact us before ordering if information appears inconsistent.

Plumbing products must be selected and installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable codes. Buyers and installers are responsible for confirming suitability, compatibility, required approvals, and permit requirements for the intended project. General product information does not replace professional installation guidance or establish that a product is approved for every jurisdiction.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your approval.

4. Case Packs and Unit Pricing

Products may be sold individually, by the case, or in contractor packs. The selected listing or variant identifies the quantity included in each purchase.

A displayed per-piece price is provided for comparison. Unless individual units are expressly offered, the purchase price is the total price for the selected case or pack. A cart quantity of one means one selected selling unit, such as one case containing 50 fittings, rather than one individual fitting.

Review pack quantities and order totals before submitting your order.

5. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions.

Payment is required at checkout unless we separately approve written account terms. Online pricing and promotions may differ from counter sales, quoted project pricing, or negotiated account pricing.

Prices may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

6. Orders, Availability, and Errors

Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not by itself confirm acceptance. We accept an order when we send shipment confirmation or expressly confirm acceptance.

If a product is unavailable, or an order contains a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you with available options. We will not charge a corrected higher price or send a materially different product without your agreement. If we cancel an order or cannot supply an item you paid for, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion, including applicable taxes and associated shipping charges.

We may decline orders involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or delivery destinations we cannot serve.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, charges, and processing information are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, dispatch and delivery dates are estimates.

Provide a complete delivery address and disclose special delivery needs before shipment. Any additional charges for requested delivery services or address changes will be disclosed and require your agreement.

Inspect deliveries promptly. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and retain packaging and photographs when available. We will assist with resolution and any carrier claim. A carrier claim does not replace our obligations under applicable law.

If a material delay occurs, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund options required by law.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after processing or shipment.

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy provided before purchase. Return eligibility, authorization requirements, shipping responsibilities, and any applicable fees must be disclosed in that policy or agreed in writing before purchase.

Nothing in our policies removes rights relating to defective, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods that applicable law protects.

9. Warranties

Products may carry manufacturer warranties subject to their individual terms. Contact us for available warranty information and assistance.

These Terms do not create an additional voluntary Saffron warranty beyond promises expressly made in the product listing, a written agreement, or applicable law. They also do not disclaim applicable statutory warranties or excuse a failure to supply goods as described.

10. Limits on Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAFFRON WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL COMMERCIAL LOSSES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, OR PROJECT DELAY COSTS ARISING FROM AN ORDER OR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, AND DOES NOT RESTRICT NONWAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS OR REMEDIES.

11. Website Use and Content

Do not use the website for unlawful transactions, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or disrupt the store.

Website text, graphics, photographs, and branding belong to Saffron or their respective owners. You may use product information for evaluating purchases and carrying out projects, but may not reproduce our website or branding for commercial purposes without permission.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and policies.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Oregon law, except where applicable law requires other protections. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. This request does not prevent you from using legally available dispute procedures.

These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

13. Changes and Other Agreements

Changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated date and apply prospectively. Existing orders remain governed by the terms provided when they were placed.

A separately negotiated written agreement governs where it conflicts with these Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
